CDT produces off-the-shelf (OTS) Compliance, Safety and New Hires Training Courseware for a variety of business arenas. Our OTS courseware includes libraries of awareness and safety training in the categories of General, Industrial, Construction, Petrochemical, Refining, Steel, Hazardous Materials, Food Service, and Health Care.
Many of these courses have been developed in collaboration with industry subject matter experts or sponsoring organizations. Content has been developed to reflect current standards, safe practices and laws specific to the content. We invite you to view courseware demos and access library, course and description lists.
Our OTS courseware employs a variety of online support functions integrated into the training interface. In addition to fully navigational and dynamic left side menus, access to such online support features as popup notes, examples, tips, glossary, links to additional resources, a listing of course objectives, full search functionality, audio controls, and a help feature are also available. All courseware has been developed in a framework that is readily customizable to reflect user-specific branding and operations if this is desirable.
Our Off-the-Shelf (OTS) courseware is available in two models. It can be licensed for installation on your Company's servers or your Company may purchase a quantity of user seat licenses for access to selected courseware on our hosting servers. Essentially, the cost to license courseware in a hosted solution is on a per user per year basis and is based on the number of user licenses, the number of courses or libraries of courses, and the number of years licensed. Licensed courseware is deployed via a Standards-compliant LMS and provides your Company's training administrators full administrative and reporting capability. Alternatively, we offer a perpetual world-wide license to install selected courseware on your Company's servers for deployment to an unlimited number of internal users worldwide.
Our courseware is AICC Level 3 and SCORM v1.2 compliant. In addition, it autodetects for an API or HACP communications protocol and communicates with compliant Learning Management System (LMS) environments accordingly. This means it interfaces directly with all Standards-compliant LMS systems.
